- All the abstracts and/or full paper must be submitted either via email address: iccs@usth.edu.vn and online platform. Please note that the abstract submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as a poster presentation depending on the available time slot.
- Participants are required to fulfill the registration form and pay the registration fee before July 27th, 2024, otherwise, their abstracts will be automatically withdrawn from the program. In case you meet technical problems with payment of registration fee, please contact our secretary team via email. In addition, all the abstracts will be collected, printed out and given to participants as the conference materials.

- Page limit: 01 page.

- Abstract must be written in English.
- Abstract should be submitted with the email subject: [ICCS 2024] Full name – Affiliation – Abstract title.
- The oral presentation should be followed the time limit below

ICCS 2024 Full-text Guidelines
- General format: limited within 6 printed-pages
- Paper size: A4
- Margins: top 2.5 cm, bot 2.5 cm, left 3.0 cm, right 2.0 cm; 2 columns, the width of each column 7.6 cm, distance between 2 columns 0.8 cm;
Content: Times New Roman, 11 pt, justify align, single line spacing, space before paragraph Auto, space after paragraph Auto.
Numbering: Time New Roman, 11 pt, center align.

ICCS 2024 Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Participants should print out their own posters beforehand.
- The posters must be printed in portrait mode and in A0 size.
- Participants can register to use our poster-printing service with a fee of 170.000 VND/poster.
- Poster hangers will be available in the morning of Wednesday (28/08/2024). Participants can present their poster right after completing the registration at the reception desk.
