Airport Transfer

USTH will organize a two-way shuttle bus to take participants from USTH (18 Hoang Quoc Viet street, Hanoi) to the conference venue in Ninh Binh, if you would like to take it, please note in the registration form.

Local transportation

Currently, Ninh Binh province does not have an airport, so Noi Bai International Airport will be the most suitable choice for international and domestic, of which Noi Bai airport is about 120 km from Ninh Binh center. Depending on your specific destination within Ninh Binh, use local transportation options like taxis or private car services.

TAXI

Taxi service is provided for all flights of the day, including weekends and holidays. Taxis at Noi Bai International Airport are easy to find. They wait for passengers in front of the arrival halls. Taxi fares are calculated according to the meter and should be around 1,500,000 to 1,800,000 VND.

There are 8 taxi companies selected to provide transport services at Noi Bai International Airport: AIRPORT TAXI, NOIBAI TAXI, TAXI VIET THANH, TAXI GROUP, HP-NOIBAI TAXI, XANH SM, TAXI MAI LINH, TAXI G7. In which, XANH SM is the first electric taxi service in Vietnam, you can book the trip via XANH SM app, available on App Store and Google Play

PRIVATE CAR SERVICE

Hoa Binh Group, the official travel agent of USTH 2024, provides private car service from Ha Noi International Airport to the hotel and vice versa.

The driver holding a card bearing your name will meet you at the pick-up area (outside the Terminal), escort you, and help with the luggage to the awaiting vehicle. The driver will arrive on time based on the flight times, thereby avoiding complications due to time variations.
